Paul has undertaken several projects for us in the last few years, in the £60,000 to £150,000 price range. On every project it has been a delight to with Paul because of his friendly, but professional disposition, his care and attention to detail and because he always keeps everyone so well informed.

One of his hallmarks is his consistently high quality, even on projects where the tenders have been won in a strongly competitive environment.

It is always a joy to visit one of Paul's sites. They are always clean and well organised and his workmen are always polite. But above all the sheer quality of workmanship and attention to detail in every trade are a pleasure to see.

I have found PKS first class to work with during our building project. The attention to detail has ensured we finish with a high quality product where others may have been tempted to compromise or cut corners. Although the project was not speedy I was pleased that communication was excellent so that at each stage we knew what was happening and what was not! Te final build is even better that we could have imagined and quality is high. No problem was too big for Paul to overcome. We would certainly recommend PKS to anybody who wants a quality builder who will communicate well throughout your project.

PKS Building Services Ltd and Paul Smith in particular worked with
diligence and a fine attention to detail on this project; something
that is not always demonstrated by contractors within this industry.
PKS have worked excellently with the architect and the structural
engineer as well as myself as Project Manager to overcome problems that
have ocured on site and to meet challenges of incorporating variations
into the complete re-modelling of a listed building. I would be pleased
